Dacromet Process of Dacromet Hexagon Bolts

Dacromet is an advanced and complete metal surface treatment technology of dacromet hexagon bolts. It has the advantages and characteristics that other surface treatment can’t match.
1. Excellent corrosion resistance. In salt spray test, 1 μ m ~ 3 μ m thick rainbow colored film will be corroded in 10 hours and corroded in 200 hours. The corrosion resistance of Dacromet treated metal surface is only 1 μ m after 100 hours of salt spray test, which is about 10 times higher than that of traditional metal surface treatment. The salt spray test can reach more than 1000 hours, and it has high technical index of sulfur dioxide resistance, showing stronger rust resistance. The results of the test are compared with those of the parts after 360 hours.
2. Excellent heat and corrosion resistance in dacromet hexagon bolts. When the temperature is higher than 70 ℃, the traditional zinc coating will have tiny cracks, and it will change color at 200 ~ 300 ℃ and its corrosion resistance will be greatly reduced. The curing temperature of Dacromet anticorrosive film is about 300 ℃, so the appearance of the surface metal film remains unchanged even if it is exposed to high temperature for a long time, and its heat and corrosion resistance is excellent. 3. Excellent surface high permeability. Dacromet treated metal parts can also form a film in the tiny gap, and have good deep penetration corrosion protection coating. The inner and outer parts of the tubular parts can also be coated evenly, and the deep coating ability is far better than that of electron galvanizing. 4. The excellent coating has no hydrogen brittleness. Hydrogen embrittlement is a disadvantage that cannot be overcome by traditional zinc plating process. Dacromet process does not carry out any acid treatment, and there is no problem of hydrogen permeation during electroplating. In addition, the Dacromet coating has no hydrogen embrittlement. It is especially suitable for tensile strength RM > 1000N/ sq.mm Anti corrosion treatment of high strength parts.
